Spain

We ship nationwide across mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Delivery within Spain is typically completed within 2–4 business days after dispatch, depending on carrier conditions. Regular delivery destinations include Madrid, Valencia, Seville, Zaragoza, Málaga, Murcia, Palma de Mallorca, Bilbao, Alicante, Córdoba, Valladolid, Vigo, Gijón, Granada, and A Coruña and others.

European Union

We also ship to all EU member states directly from Barcelona. Delivery across the European Union typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country and local carrier network. Common destinations include France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Austria, and other EU countries.

Discreet Packaging

All shipments are sent in plain, unbranded packaging. The exterior of the parcel does not reference product contents. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions.

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only if items are unopened and in their original sealed condition.
